Friends, I need you to help me out with a little something, something.  God has called me back to Romania and I’m 100% confident in that, but there’s a dilemma.  I can’t go unless I have the support of a group of people sending me out.  If I know anything about support raising, it is that God is able to supply every need I have, but He uses people who are willing to see changes.  So, my question is if you want to see changes, will you help send me out?  I need $2,850 to go back to Romania for 4 months by August 18th.  I need you!  Romania needs you! Even a figure such as $20/person would be huge.  I know this is an immediate response, but if I don’t receive funds, looks like I’m not going.  So, I ask you are you willing to build into the kingdom once again?  To us Westerners $20 is nothing.  That’s a meal out at Olive Garden or not even half of a tank of gas.  You may never know how you have blessed someone by supporting me, but know that it isn’t in vain.

If you look back throughout my last blogs, I explain why Romania is on my heart.  To be honest, since Month 6, I knew I was going to go back to Romania at some point in my life and I believe that could be long-term.  But for now, it’s only 4 months.  You can either give online through PayPal or you could send a check addressed to Rachel Martin, 1730 Lewis Road, Mt. Horeb, WI  53572.  These are my goals:  $2,200 by August 5th, so that I can buy a plane ticket for Romania.  I would love to raise the reminder by the following week.

I also need prayer in order for this to happen.  I don’t know what this looks like to you, but do what God convicts you to do.  If He tells you to fast, then do it.  If He tells you tell others, then do that.  Here are specifics that I need prayer for in regards to Romania:

  • Finances-that it will all come in on time
  • Draganesti-Olt, Romania-the city I’m going to.
  • Missionary Team-that I would be an encouragement to them

I can’t even explain the confidence that I have in you.  I believe that you are praying for me and that you have supported me in ways that are unseen, but have encouraged me in ways I don’t even understand.  I have had people I don’t even know give completely unexpected sums of money.  I have also had various people I don’t even know pray bold prayers over my life, and because of those prayers, I have seen miracles I may not have without them.

“Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm.  Let nothing move you.  Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”
